Bennington Basketball Association: K-6 Developmental League

The K-6th Grade Badger Developmental League is a recreational-based program designed to introduce the game of basketball for participants. The program focuses on teaching and developing basic fundamental skills, learning and understanding team concepts all while having fun learning the values of being part of a team and displaying good sportsmanship. Heavy focus on individual and team skill development in November and December 2022 with games being played in January & February 2023. These teams are organized with volunteer coaches and hired instructional referees.

WHO: Kindergarten thru 6th grade boys & girls

COST: $200 for each player (includes a jersey top)

SKILLS CLINICS

These clinics will be led by Bennington Basketball Association. High School players and coaches will be available to help baring fall sports schedule.
Focus: Individual player skill development
Dates:
- November 4th, 11th, 18th

TEAM PRACTICE AND EXHIBITION GAMES

These sessions will give teams the opportunity to have a 30 minute practice with their team followed by a 30-minute exhibition game.
Dates:
- December 2nd, gth, 16th

GAMES

After the holiday break there will be a 6-week schedule for games

- February 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
